Meet the Founder
Coach Quevette Terrell
Founder & Executive Director · Educator · Coach
A physical education and health teacher for more than 20 years, Coach Terrell has spent her career helping young people believe that their potential is greater than their circumstances. Raised on the South Side of San Antonio in a home rooted in faith, service, and education, she built TLC around a simple conviction:
"Every young person deserves encouragement, opportunity, and someone who believes in their potential."
From a single classroom to five signature squads, her vision has grown into a collective serving students from elementary through college — and beyond.

In Loving Tribute to My Mother
This journey, this calling, and every step I take in building and leading these programs began with her. My mother was my first teacher, my greatest inspiration, and the one who showed me what it meant to lead with love, kindness, and faith.
When I was honored as Austin I.S.D. District Teacher of the Year in 2015, it wasn’t just my moment — it was ours. I dedicate that recognition, and everything I do now, to her memory and to God, who continues to open doors and place purpose on my heart.
